FBI INDIANAPOLIS

Michael S. Welch, Special Agent in Charge of the Indianapolis Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), is pleased to announce the arrests of four individuals charged with the armed robbery of the Harris Bank located at 6001 East Melton Road , Gary , Indiana , which occurred on November 8, 2007 .

On March 27, 2008 , the following individuals were arrested without incident by Agents and Officers assigned to the Gang Response Investigative Team (GRIT):

Michael Cazy, black male, 19 years old, of Gary , Indiana

Dontrell Rice, black male, 18 years old, of Gary , Indiana

Steven Cordell Ernest Rice, black male, 18 years old, of Gary , Indiana

Ronald B. Seals, black male, 19 years old, of Gary , Indiana

Based upon a Criminal Complaint, all four individuals have been charged with one count of armed robbery, a violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2113 (a), and (d) and Title 18, United States Code, Section 2.
