THREE TERRE HAUTE INMATES SENTENCED
PRESS RELEASE
Susan W. Brooks, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana, announced that three inmates from the Federal Correctional Complex in Terre Haute were sentenced on unrelated charges by U.S. District Judge Larry J. McKinney. The investigations were conducted by the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
Ralph G. Cisneros, 48, was sentenced to 30 months imprisonment for possession of prison made weapon, commonly referred to as a “shank”, consecutive to time he is already serving.
Ryan J. Starling, 34, was sentenced to six months imprisonment for possession of marijuana, consecutive to time he is already serving.
Jerome D. Mitchell, 32, was sentenced to 14 months imprisonment for possession of marijuana, consecutive to time he is already serving.
All three cases were prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney James M. Warden.
